RETURN POLICY

THIS RETURN POLICY IS APPLICABLE ON ALL THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE.

We are sorry to hear that you have to return the product. After you have received an item you have 4 days to return it. (4 days are counted from the date of delivery.)

CHARGES

We charge a fee of Rs. 150 for reverse pickup which will be deducted from the original mode of payment. 
 

RETURN PROCESS

To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please  follow the steps below:

  • Raise a return request on the returns portal - RETURNS PORTAL

  • Fill out the form and  upload 2 photos - Front side with tag visible & Back Side.  

  • Wait for us to reply within 1-2 days over email for the further instruction and any if additional details are required.

RETURN APPROVED ORDERS

  • Please ensure that the return is packed in its original condition.

  • All orders approved for return will be picked up from the original address provided at the time of Delivery. No change of address can be accommodated during the pick-up of products.

Under the following circumstances / situations no returns or refunds will be applicable:​

  • Neck seal is broken. 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to SUBLIME.

  • Any item that for which return request is placed after 4 days of delivery.

REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

  • All refunds are processed back to the customer's original mode of payment. Incase we face any issue regarding bank details, we will contact you via email.

  • Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse, all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.

  • For every mode of payment, it will take 10-12 working days to process the refund. The refund process will start once we receive the product in our warehouse and the return is approved.

  • Refunds will be processed only for the amount paid by the customer and after deducting return charges.

  • The amount availed as discount via coupon code or any form of discounting will not be refunded.

  • Coupon cannot be revalidated in the event of a return or refund.

  • We will not validate a bank account number and are not responsible for any funds transferred to an unintended recipient. 

  • Bank details (if required) should be shared from the registered email ID.

  • No request for a change in account details will be accepted once the details are shared.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing the order. Post that no request will be entertained.  

  • Send us an email on  connect.sblm@gmail.com with invoice number reference.   

  • Once the request is approved, it will take approximately 7-10 working days to initiate a refund (incase of prepaid orders). The refund amount paid will be credited into the same account used for the payment.

  • You will be notified of the refund status via  E-mail or SMS.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE / MERCHANDISE ON SALE

There will be no return or replacement given for any discounted merchandise/ promotional products.

​We do not provide any kind of warranty/ guarantee of any products.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS ON SALE / PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

There will be no return given for any discounted merchandise/ promotional products. All the purchases made are full and final. â€‹

IMPORTANT NOTE

We reserve the right to accept / reject the orders for return & cancel return on account of non-availability, quality check, and any unforeseeable factor related to goods.​
