EXCHANGE POLICY
THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ON ALL THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE (EXCEPT - PRODUCTS ON SALE & PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS).

After you have received an item you have 4 days to exchange it. (4 days are counted from the date of delivery)
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Only SIZE exchange is possible & only ONCE per product.

Product should be received in original condition - tags intact, seal not broken, unworn.

Follow the exchange process and kindly wait for our email/text for further process. ​

EXCHANGE APPROVED ORDERS

Please ensure that the return is packed in its original condition.

All orders approved for exchange will be picked up from the original address provided at the time of Delivery. No change of address can be accommodated during the pick-up of products.

Under the following circumstances / situations no exchange or refunds will be applicable:​

Neck seal is broken.
-
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to SUBLIME.

Any item that for which exchange request is placed after 4 days of delivery.​​​

​​​​CHARGES

We do not charge any exchange fee*.

If for any reason once we receive the product from you and the conditions mentioned in *EXCHANGE APPROVED ORDERS are not met we charge a fee of Rs. 150 for sending the original product back to you without any exchange.

Product will not be sent back unless the payment is made to us. Payment details will be shared with you over the email.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please follow the steps below:

Raise a exchange request on the exchange portal - EXCHANGE PORTAL

Fill out the details and upload 2 photos - Front side, Back Side.

Wait for us to reply within 2-4 days over email for the further process and any if additional details are required.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS ON SALE / PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
There will be no return or replacement given for any discounted merchandise/ promotional products.​

IMPORTANT NOTE
We reserve the right to accept / reject the orders for exchange & cancel an exchange on account of non-availability, quality check, and any unforeseeable factor related to goods.​
